Field Technician/Mechanic Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Field Technician/Mechanic to join our team at Pape' Material Handling, Inc. in Fife, WA. As a Field Technician/Mechanic, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing material handling equipment at customer locations to ensure optimal performance and uptime.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Diagnose and repair material handling equipment at customer locations
  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment
  • Interact with customers to understand their equipment needs and provide solutions
  • Work independently with minimal supervision
  • Meet productivity and quality standards

Requirements:


  • 3+ years of experience in diagnosing and repairing equipment, preferably in the material handling industry
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Self-motivation and ability to work independently
  • Excellent communication and customer relations skills
  • Driver's license with a good driving record; CDL preferred
  • Must provide own tools
