The role of the US Systems and Control Integration Engineer (SCIE) necessitates proficiency with Industrial Automation tools, alongside experience in configuring and testing SCADA/BMS Systems. Responsibilities will include programming and troubleshooting PLC software and implementing Control Solutions. Additionally, this position requires establishing communication between the Elutions Maestro Solution and external systems, primarily utilizing communication protocols such as Modbus, OPC, and BACNet.

The SCIE will play a pivotal role in our global integration processes and methodology enhancements. Professional responses to customer inquiries are expected. This position entails regular reporting, participation in team meetings, and solution development and implementation.

Basic Qualifications

  • Familiarity with industrial IT systems
  • Exposure to PLC programming
  • Knowledge of Python programming
  • Experience with Microsoft SQL Server
  • Understanding of HVAC/BMS operations
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP Networking
  • Familiarity with Ladder Diagram, Function Block Diagram, and Structured Text
  • Proficiency in protocols such as Modbus, OPC, and BACNet
  • Willingness to travel up to 40%, both domestically and internationally, for client site engagements
  • Ability to self-manage, multitask, and oversee multiple ongoing projects, including customer interactions
  • Proficiency in the MS Office suite
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, prioritization, and administrative skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
  • Outstanding troubleshooting capabilities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Electrical (Controls) Engineering, or a related field
  • 2+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience with Site-wise BMS/Control System Deployment
  • Familiarity with HVAC equipment and Building Management Systems
  • Ability to discuss and pre-analyze hardware/software issues
  • Working knowledge of diagnostic tools; capability to read schematics and utilize tools for detecting hardware/software issues
