Job Summary
At SERVPRO of Franklin, Vance & Granville Counties, we are seeking a highly skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile and resolve punch list items to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Perform final walk-throughs with customers to ensure quality and completion
  • Secure signed completion certificates from customers
  • Conduct pre-construction meetings with customers to set expectations
  • Provide daily project updates to customers and clients
  • Schedule subcontractors and material suppliers to ensure timely completion
  • Ensure all work performed complies with plans, specifications, local codes, and requirements
  • Document project activities in the job book
  • Execute change orders and maintain quality standards through site inspections
  • Coordinate inspections with local jurisdictions and ensure material suppliers deliver as purchased
  • Validate schedules and progress, and identify areas outside of contracted scope of work
  • Be familiar with and execute all roles and responsibilities of the Construction Coordinator

Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in construction management or related field preferred
