Our Nurse Residency Program is a year-long journey designed to equip you with hands-on experience, valuable clinical and critical thinking skills, and a supportive community of nurse educators, experienced nurses, and fellow residents.
What You'll Experience- Advanced clinical training in a specialty area
- Preceptorship training with a facility preceptor
- Collaborative work on an evidence-based practice project
- Flexible start options
As a RN Resident, you'll coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with the nature and specific requirements of the department. You'll work collaboratively with medical providers and other members of the care team to provide individualized, comprehensive, and compassionate care using established nursing models.
Requirements- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- Registered Nurse License or Graduate Nurse in the State
- No previous experience needed
- Some travel may be required for training
