Job Description:
This entry-level position involves providing overall coordination to ensure company goals are met for a particular operation(s) and client(s). The successful candidate will participate in contracting activities associated with Independent Contractors (ICs) who provide delivery equipment and transport products from clients' locations to designated locations as requested by customers.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor routes to ensure coverage, IC check-in, and communication with customers.
- Create routes according to customer requirements and communicate changes to dispatch and ICs.
- Monitor dispatch boards to ensure timely delivery of customer requests.
- Communicate delays or problems with customers and dispatch teams.
- Evaluate IC compliance with vehicle types and log-in processes.
- Collaborate with ICs to resolve issues during dispatch.
- Arrange STAT coverage for customers when needed.
- Restructure routes as per customer requests for on-time execution.
- Verify IC compliance with customer regulations and assist with contracting as necessary.
- Prepare daily service reports and administrative documents as required.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate should have basic MS Office skills, be proactive, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong judgment and time management skills are essential. A valid driver's license and clean, functional vehicle are also required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Six Sigma Green Belt certification is preferred.

Compensation:
$20-$22 per hour based on experience level, with opportunities for overtime and bonuses. Shift hours are Monday-Friday, 9:30am-6pm, with occasional travel required.
