Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is committed to delivering exceptional Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy services. As a leading provider of ABA services, we seek a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team.

About the Role

We are seeking a BCBA to work in our Center-based setting, where you will play a pivotal role in designing client programming that is ethical, appropriately individualized, and implemented with integrity. Your expertise will be instrumental in making a direct and lasting impact on the lives of those we serve.

You will collaborate with a passionate team, leveraging your BCBA skills to unlock the full potential of every individual. The successful candidate will deliver direct supervision to their BTs/RBTs, manage and supervise a small caseload of 4-6 clients, and provide regular data reviews and treatment plan modifications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Regularly review data collected in sessions and modify treatment plans accordingly

  • A competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • OBTAINED CERTIFICATION AS A BOARD-CERTIFIED BEHAVIOR ANALYST (BCBA) as verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
  • A minimum of 1 year experience in working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs
  • Knowledge of appropriate behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories and instructional methods, ethics, laws, and regulations of acceptable behavior interventions
  • Proficient in technology, such as Office 365, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms

This role requires the ability to spend a significant amount of time crouching, crawling, and engaging with children on the floor or standing for long periods.
