Position Overview

As a key member of the Rooms & Guest Services Operations team, the Club Lounge Attendant plays a vital role in ensuring an exceptional experience for our guests. This position involves monitoring the lounge area for seating availability, providing attentive service, and maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Oversee the cleanliness and condition of the lounge, including the bar and dining areas.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including hot, cold, and alcoholic options.
- Ensure that supplies such as ice, glassware, and other essentials are stocked and readily available.
- Anticipate replenishment needs and communicate them promptly.
- Perform opening and closing duties, including washing dishes and serving utensils as required.
- Secure all beverages and supplies, ensuring proper documentation in the department logbook.
- Report any accidents, injuries, or unsafe conditions to management.

Guest Interaction

- Welcome and acknowledge all guests, addressing their service needs with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist guests with disabilities and express genuine appreciation for their patronage.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with guests and team members, both verbally and in writing.

Team Collaboration

- Foster positive working relationships with colleagues to achieve common goals.
- Adhere to quality assurance standards and expectations.

Physical Requirements

- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance.
- Capability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods during shifts.

Qualifications

- Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- Experience: No prior related work experience required.
- Supervisory Experience: Not necessary for this role.
- Certification: None required.
