The successful candidate will be a skilled and compassionate nurse who can prioritize patient needs, implement clinical interventions, and develop patient care plans to enhance outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to assess patient status and prioritize needs.
- Implement clinical nursing interventions to address patient problems and needs.
- Develop and perform patient care plans to enhance and improve outcomes.
- Ensure a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff.
- Provide care to a broad spectrum of patients ranging from short-stay to trauma.
- Administer medications in a safe manner consistent with organizational policies and procedures.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association.
- One (1) year of professional experience practicing as a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Recent Emergency Department or Critical Care experience preferred.
- EPIC Electronic Health Record training.
