Porter - HTO

We are seeking a skilled Porter to join our team at Holt Truck Centers of Oklahoma LLC. As a Porter, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our service department and facilities.

• Maintain service department and restore facility areas to company standards.
• Ensure a safe working environment.
• Maintain department vehicles for proper safe operation.
• Maintain shop area cleanliness by using of floor cleaning machine, broom, and mop.
• Ensure outside entrances and sidewalks are kept clean and during inclement weather, clear off any buildup of snow or ice.
• Communicate with the service manager/supervisor after disposing of any vehicle parts.
• Keep abreast and understand emergency plans for hazardous waste spills.
• Ensure all company policies regarding the safe handling of hazardous materials are followed.
• Perform walk-around inspection of Service Department vehicles daily.
• Ensure all service department vehicles are kept fueled.
• Ensure all service department vehicles are kept clean, inside, and out.
• Participate in the pickup/delivery of customer vehicles and service supplies/parts.
• Adheres to all service regulations regarding driving.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license or CDL class B with air brakes preferred.

Duties are performed throughout the inside and outside of the building(s). Employee is exposed to dirt, dust, heat, cold, noise and vibration, fumes and odors, wetness, humidity, and sometimes darkness.
