Job Summary

The Greater Philadelphia YMCA is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Wellness Coach Team Member to join our team. As a Wellness Coach, you will play a vital role in helping members achieve their health and wellness goals by providing personalized coaching, guidance, and support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional member service and support to help members achieve their wellness goals
  • Deliver wellness consultations and coaching sessions to members
  • Assist members in developing healthy habits and routines
  • Provide guidance on the use of fitness equipment and services
  • Encourage member participation in wellness programs and services
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment for members
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Fitness experience preferred
