About the Role

EXOS Talent is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Manager to join our team. As a Cybersecurity Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the cybersecurity team, overseeing day-to-day operations, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality cybersecurity services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the cybersecurity team, including training, and performance management, to ensure the team is equipped to deliver exceptional cybersecurity services.
  • Oversee day-to-day cybersecurity operations, including security monitoring, incident response, vulnerability management, and security tool management, to proactively identify and mitigate security risks.
  • Develop and implement cybersecurity policies, procedures, and standards to ensure compliance with industry regulations, best practices, and client requirements, and continuously improve the organization's cybersecurity posture.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including IT operations, engineering, compliance, and business units, to integrate cybersecurity into the overall business strategy and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for cybersecurity-related inquiries, escalations, and incidents, both internally and externally, and ensure timely resolution and communication to stakeholders.
  • Lead cybersecurity projects, including solution design, implementation, and documentation, to address clients' cybersecurity needs and support business growth initiatives.
  • Stay abreast of emerging cybersecurity threats, vulnerabilities, and industry trends, and provide strategic guidance and recommendations to internal stakeholders and clients.
  • Foster a culture of cybersecurity awareness and best practices across the organization, including conducting training and awareness programs for employees and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external cybersecurity vendors, partners, and industry organizations to stay informed about the latest cybersecurity technologies and solutions.
  • Assist with Sales operations as a SME when required.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in cybersecurity, business management, or a related field, with a focus on managing profit and loss (P&L) statements and driving business growth.
  • Extensive experience in client engagement and business development, with a proven track record of building and maintaining strong client relationships and driving revenue growth.
  • Deep understanding of cybersecurity technologies, solutions, and best practices, with the ability to provide strategic cybersecurity guidance and recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical and business concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Relevant certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), or other advanced cybersecurity certifications (preferred).
