Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional patient care in the Operating Room, ensuring a safe and efficient experience for patients and families.
- Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participate in pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care, including patient assessment, medication administration, and wound care.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues, promoting a culture of respect and empathy.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest medical advancements and best practices, applying knowledge to improve patient outcomes.
- Current RN licensure and BSN degree required.
- Three years or more of Operating Room Registered Nurse experience is required.
- CNOR certification is a plus.
