Job Title: Business Systems Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
  • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements related to WinTeam.
  • System Analysis: Assess the current use of WinTeam, identify improvement opportunities, and provide recommendations to enhance system performance and functionality.
  • Data Management: Ensure data integrity within WinTeam by validating, updating, and managing system data.
  • Process Improvement: Analyze existing business processes and workflows, recommending enhancements or new processes to increase efficiency using WinTeam.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain reports and dashboards within WinTeam to support business decision-making.
  • User Support: Provide end-user support and training for WinTeam, troubleshoot issues, and address user inquiries.
  • Project Management: Participate in or lead projects related to the implementation or enhancement of WinTeam, including managing timelines and deliverables.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for processes, procedures, and system configurations related to WinTeam.
Requirements:
  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, with specific experience working with WinTeam preferred.
  • Skills:
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Proficiency in WinTeam and related systems.
    • Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.
