Deli Associate

As a Deli Associate, you will play a vital role in preparing and presenting our deli products, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.

• Prepare and produce deli products to meet customer demand.
• Package and label deli products according to our quality control standards.
• Merchandise deli products to create an appealing and inviting display.
• Stock backroom with deli products, rotating and dating cases and buckets to ensure freshness and quality.
• Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve sales growth and customer satisfaction.
• Notify the Deli Manager of product and supply needs.
• Apply basic mathematical skills to accurately measure and prepare ingredients.
• Communicate tasks, recipes, weights, and measures to other associates.
• Follow all PPE and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
• Follow all food safety and cleaning expectations to maintain a clean and hygienic workspace.
• Follow guest experience guidelines to provide exceptional customer service.
• May be assigned tasks in other departments based on customer experience needs.
