Job Title: General PulmonologistJob Summary:
AIH Physician Services is seeking a skilled General Pulmonologist to provide high-quality care to patients with chronic respiratory conditions. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing chronic respiratory diseases, providing bronchoscopy, pulmonary function tests, and ventilator management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage chronic respiratory diseases such as asthma, emphysema, and lung cancer
- Provide bronchoscopy, pulmonary function tests, and ventilator management
- Coach patients on lifestyle changes to manage their illness
- Optional consultation services for pulmonary and sleep issues
- Treat conditions such as COPD, sleep apnea, and provide pneumonia and influenza vaccinations
Qualifications:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pulmonology
- Experience or training in general pulmonology required
- Critical care management experience is preferred but not required
