Key Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain a client base through relationship-building and knowledge of Northwestern Mutual financial products and market trends.
- Educate yourself and others through sponsored licensing and registration, as well as ongoing development and the use of proprietary technology and reporting tools.
- Influence clients to make informed decisions about their financial futures through expert perspective and recommendations.
- Take ownership of the development and management of your business, including the review and maintenance of client financial plans.
Compensation and Benefits:
- Performance-based earnings and revenue, with average annual earnings of $70K-$250K for representatives in the first 3 years.

Qualifications:
- 4-year degree or equivalent professional work experience.
- Entrepreneurial ambitions.

- Excellent time-management skills.

- Proficient critical thinking and communication competencies.
- Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
