As a Financial Representative, you will have the opportunity to build a client base, educate yourself and others on financial products and market trends, and influence clients to make informed decisions about their financial futures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a client base through relationship-building and knowledge of Northwestern Mutual financial products and market trends.
  • Educate yourself and others through sponsored licensing and registration, as well as ongoing development and the use of proprietary technology and reporting tools.
  • Influence clients to make informed decisions about their financial futures through expert perspective and recommendations.
  • Take ownership of the development and management of your business, including the review and maintenance of client financial plans.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Performance-based earnings and revenue, with average annual earnings of $70K-$250K for representatives in the first 3 years.

Qualifications:

  • 4-year degree or equivalent professional work experience.

  • Proficient critical thinking and communication competencies.
  • Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
