Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Use personal vehicle, personal computer, and smartphone to obtain images and information.
  • Work outdoors collecting photos and information, with the remainder of the workday spent in the Field Rep's home office.
  • May require overnight travel.
Requirements
  • Proficiency with personal computer.
  • Proficiency with mobile smartphone.
  • Proficiency with GPS or mapping tool.
  • Good organizational skills.
  • Ability to consistently meet service, quality, and production expectations.
Physical Requirements
  • Be physically fit and able to drive, walk, stand, and sit for long periods of time.
  • Have good balance, being able to walk up/down inclines and across uneven ground.
  • Be able to lift and climb ladders.
Other Requirements
  • Dependable vehicle with valid insurance.
  • Personal computer with internet service.
  • Mobile smartphone.
  • Mobile device compatible with Reliable Report's Android-based mobile application.
  • Be in compliance with employee handbook and company policies and procedures.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Grooming Requirements

Hair must be a natural color and kept neatly groomed at all times. Braids, cornrows, and dreadlocks may be worn as long as the style is conservative, they lie snugly on the head, are neat in appearance. Men's hair must not be longer than the bottom of collar. Mohawks and spiked hair are prohibited. Men may not have ponytails. Facial hair may not be more than 1/2 inch long at the bottom and the area under the chin must be shaved. Sideburns must not extend beyond the ear lobe or into the face. All skin surrounding any facial hair must always be clean-shaven.
