Job Title: Schools - SLP - CFY

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated Clinical Fellow in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP, CFY) to join our team in Boston, MA.

Job Summary:

As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will work with students from K-12, providing essential speech and language services to support their academic and communication needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify students' speech and language needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals based on students' needs and IEP requirements.
  • Provide direct therapy services to students, both individually and in group settings.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication development and academic success.
  • Monitor and document student progress, maintaining accurate records in compliance with state and federal regulations.
  • Participate in IEP meetings and other multidisciplinary team meetings as needed.

Requirements:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) or currently in the process of completing CFY.
  • Eligibility for licensure in Massachusetts as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
