Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate RN to provide high-quality care to critically ill or surgical pediatric patients in our Pediatric Intensive Care Unit. As a PICU RN, you will be responsible for delivering intensive nursing care and continuous monitoring of vital signs, ensuring the best possible outcomes for our young patients.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide individualized care to pediatric patients with complex medical needs
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
  • Monitor and manage patient vital signs, including breathing, heart rate, and blood pressure
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
  • Document patient progress and communicate effectively with families and healthcare teams
Requirements:
  • Current RN licensure in the state of Tennessee
  • Experience working in a Pediatric Intensive Care Unit or similar setting
  • Strong clinical knowledge and skills in pediatric critical care
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
