As a key member of the land development team, you will be responsible for leading projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement engineering design calculations and construction plans for residential, commercial, and roadway developments
  • Conduct code and entitlement research, and prepare written reports
  • Prepare plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D and other relevant software

Requirements

  • 5-15 years of Civil Engineering experience, with a focus on land development
  • Proven understanding of stormwater, utility design, and land development principles
  • Experience with ICPR, WaterCAD, and AutoCAD Civil 3D
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Valid Florida Driver's License and reliable vehicle
