Key Responsibilities:

As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for managing budgets and directing various development projects. Your role will involve:

  • Ensuring adherence to construction best practices in design, bidding, cost management, scheduling, and project handover.
  • Monitoring compliance with environmental regulations and protocols.
  • Applying strong risk management skills to navigate complex decision-making scenarios.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related discipline.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Project or Construction Management, with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently. Civil Engineering experience is advantageous.
  • A background in commercial, residential, or multi-family real estate.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with proficiency in business case development and presentation.
  • A high-energy approach with the capacity to manage a diverse range of projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Strong Excel capabilities and familiarity with investment metrics such as NPV and IRR.
  • Analytical skills to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
  • Excellent organizational and leadership abilities, with a track record of managing multiple tasks effectively.
  • Experience in utilities program operations, including knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
