About the Role

As an LPN with Maxim Healthcare Services, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing personalized care to patients with a range of needs.

Responsibilities
  • Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
  • Perform focused interviews to identify specific patient needs
  • Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state in which you practice
  • A current Health Certificate (per facility)
  • A current PPD or Chest X-Ray
  • A current BLS card
  • One year prior LPN experience preferred
