About the RoleAs an LPN with Maxim Healthcare Services, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing personalized care to patients with a range of needs.
Responsibilities- Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Perform focused interviews to identify specific patient needs
- Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient's condition
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data and information from healthcare members and document actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state in which you practice
- A current Health Certificate (per facility)
- A current PPD or Chest X-Ray
- A current BLS card
- One year prior LPN experience preferred
