About the Role

Air Liquide is seeking a highly skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team in the Gulf Coast Pipeline facilities. As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our industrial gas pipelines and production facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-voltage electrical support for maintenance activities and troubleshooting
  • Oversee vendor repairs and manage preventive maintenance during turnarounds
  • Ensure proper documentation within CMMS (Maximo)
  • Analyze data and participate in root cause analysis to develop maintenance strategies
  • Lead mentoring and training of facility operations and technical staff in understanding the operation/maintenance of electrical systems/controls
  • Develop and modify maintenance strategies based on RCA, VS, and Risk Analysis findings
  • Plan, manage, and execute major electrical maintenance activities and turnarounds
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required
  • 5+ years work experience in plant electrical maintenance activities
  • Experience with medium/high voltage distribution systems and motors
  • Ability to travel to the Gulf Coast Pipeline facilities in support of electrical system troubleshooting and maintenance activities
  • Ability to work extended hours/shift work as business needs dictate
  • Highly organized with the ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize work
  • Skilled in the use of Google applications
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills
  • Has full range of motion; ability to lift 50 lbs
  • Ability to climb and ascend vertical ladders as required
