Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:
A Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting, accompanied by over 5 years of experience in investment banking, Big 4 accounting firms, or the finance department of a large corporation. Experience in healthcare or investment banking is preferred, although recent graduates with relevant internship experience may also be considered.
A comprehensive understanding of finance and accounting principles is required.
Proficiency in Excel, coupled with an analytical and inquisitive mindset.
Experience with reporting and planning systems or tools is essential.
Familiarity with analytical or programming tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, or SQL is advantageous.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills are necessary to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail are critical.
A creative and resourceful approach to problem-solving is highly valued.
