Physiatrist Opportunity

Providence St. Lukes Rehabilitation Medical Center is seeking a board-certified/board-eligible Physiatrist to join our well-established outpatient physiatry group. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a collegial interdisciplinary group of physiatrists and neurologists, including 9 faculty physiatrists and 24 physiatry residents. Our team provides comprehensive rehabilitation services to patients with a broad range of diagnoses, including stroke, TBI, SCI, complex medical and orthopedic rehabilitation, and neuromuscular conditions.

Responsibilities
  • Provide primary outpatient clinical practice focused on general neurorehabilitation and EMG.
  • Develop and implement treatment plans for patients with various neurological conditions.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
  • Participate in education and research opportunities with Washington State University, University of Washington, Eastern Washington University, University of Idaho, University of Montana, and Gonzaga University.
  • Eligible for clinical faculty appointment at WSU Elson S Floyd College of Medicine and University of Washington Department of Rehabilitation Medicine.
Requirements
  • Board-certification/Board eligibility in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation is required.
  • Neuromuscular, SCI, or TBI subspecialty training or ABEM certification preferred but not required.
  • Ultrasound (MSK/neuromuscular) or spasticity management experience preferred but not required.
  • Interest in teaching physiatry residents and medical students is required.
Benefits
  • Competitive compensation package, including a base salary between $259,987 and $362,315 per year.
  • Productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, or extra shift incentives may be available.
