Job Title: Product Quality Assurance Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Quality Assurance Supervisor to join our team at Nestle Operational Services Worldwide SA. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality in our products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a small team to plan, coordinate, and execute quality activities related to production and release.
  • Notify production personnel and management of significant deviations and products blocked.
  • Develop and provide quality training modules for business unit staff.
  • Define and update quality procedures, instructions, and tools for the business unit.
  • Support Nestle Continuous Excellence program in the quest for zero defect.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in microbiology, chemistry, or food science.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of related quality experience in a manufacturing regulatory environment.
  • Leadership experience and exposure to the audit process.
