Job Title: Electrophysiology Technician - Travel Position

Job Summary:

Genie Healthcare is seeking a skilled Electrophysiology Technician to join our team for a travel assignment in a dynamic healthcare setting. As a travel Electrophysiology Technician, you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients and healthcare professionals, while also developing your skills and expertise in a new environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform electrophysiology procedures, including electrocardiograms, Holter monitoring, and electrophysiology studies
  • Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals with patient care and treatment
  • Operate and maintain electrophysiology equipment, including electrocardiogram machines and Holter monitors
  • Collect and analyze data from electrophysiology procedures
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure high-quality patient care

Requirements:

  • Current certification as a Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) via CCI or Registered EP Technologist (R.EPT.)
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel to new locations and adapt to new environments
