Music Educator

At School of Rock Briarcliff Manor, we're seeking a talented Music Instructor to join our team. As a Music Instructor, you will be responsible for creating a dynamic and engaging learning environment for our students, helping them to achieve their musical and creative potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement lesson plans that cater to the needs of our students, ensuring they receive high-quality music instruction.
• Communicate regularly with parents and students, providing updates on progress and addressing any concerns.
• Collaborate with other instructors and staff to ensure a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
• Participate in rehearsals and maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the program.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience teaching and/or performing music professionally.
• Knowledge of music theory and curriculum design.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• A passion for teaching and a commitment to helping students achieve their musical goals.
