- Familiarize yourself with PDPM and align therapy treatments with Medicaid and Medicare billing requirements
- New Jersey SLP License
- Experience in long-term care, specifically in a Skilled Nursing Facility
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to manage patients with diverse personalities and ability levels
