Job Overview

Soliant is seeking a highly skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team in a full-time position. As a BCBA, you will be responsible for working with our behavioral team to support students with behavioral challenges, developing and implementing Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and supervising Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with the behavioral team to develop and implement individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) for students with behavioral challenges.
  • Conduct Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) to identify the underlying causes of student behavior.
  • Supervise and train Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to implement BIPs effectively.
  • Collect and analyze data to inform BIP development and implementation.
  • Provide training and support to staff and parents on behavioral strategies and techniques.
Requirements
  • Active BCBA license.
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience as a Behavior Specialist.
  • Expertise in Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) and experience in data collection, analysis, and program development.
  • Experience in developing and implementing BIPs and supervising RBTs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
