Automotive Showroom Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Automotive Showroom Receptionist to join our team at Westbury Jeep Chrysler Dodge. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth.

• Provide exceptional customer service, greeting and assisting showroom customers, and determining the nature of their visit.
• Obtain and record basic demographic information about each customer using our dealership sales control system.
• Hand out brochures and other information to customers, answer basic inquiries, and refer more extensive inquiries to the appropriate person.
• Direct customers to the correct department, notify salespersons of waiting customers, or introduce customers to salespersons.
• Serve as a telephone operator and provide clerical support as needed.
• Maintain a professional appearance and perform other duties as assigned.
