Store Cleaning Associate

At HomeGoods, we're always looking for talented individuals to join our team. As a Store Cleaning Associate, you'll play a vital role in maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, focusing on floor care and cleanliness standards.
- Operate the scrubber and buffer, dust mop, damp mop, sweep, vacuum, dust, and spot clean glass and windows.
- Adhere to all operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
- Cross-train to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and run floor buffer and scrubber.
- Capable of multi-tasking.
- Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
- Strong communication skills; verbal and written.
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.

This position has a starting pay range of $12.30 to $12.80 per hour. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
