  • Studio Tours and Introductions: Conduct studio tours for potential members, showcasing the facilities and services offered by Orangetheory Fitness.
  • Collaboration with Coaching Team: Work closely with the coaching team to guide new members through their first Orangetheory workout, ensuring a positive and engaging experience.
  • Sales and Revenue Growth: Sell memberships to support studio growth, achieving assigned personal sales goals while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Member Support and Retention: Respond to member concerns in a professional and objective manner, ensuring high levels of member satisfaction and retention.
  • Marketing and Outreach: Participate in studio marketing and outreach events, promoting Orangetheory Fitness and its services to the community.
  • Studio Maintenance: Ensure all areas of the studio are clean, organized, and well-maintained, creating a positive and inviting environment for members.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-3 years in a sales environment, with a strong background in customer-facing roles and sales.
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a retail or fitness environment, with a strong understanding of sales principles and customer service.
