About the Role

This is a key leadership position responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our manufacturing plant. The successful candidate will have a strong background in process improvement, quality control, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.
  • Lead a team of production supervisors and ensure they have the necessary resources and support to meet production targets.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on production performance, quality control, and inventory management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve overall performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as chemical engineering, biology, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of GMP regulations and industry standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
