Frosting Specialist

In this position as a Cake Frosting and Decorating specialist at Nothing Bundt Cakes, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing cakes using our signature frosting and decorating techniques. This is a key role in ensuring that every cake meets our high standards of quality and presentation.

• Follow strict proprietary frosting recipe and application methods to achieve productivity goals and ensure consistency in cake appearance.
• Effectively utilize measuring instruments, commercial-grade or handheld mixer, and pastry bag to frost cakes according to schedule and guest orders.
• Prioritize cake pre-orders and frosts cakes for walk-in guest orders accordingly.
• Maintain an adequate supply of samples and frosted cakes in the bakery display case and par levels for optimal visual appeal.
• Adhere to proper packaging, labeling, and storage of frosted cakes as well as product rotation standards.
• Monitor inventory of frosting supplies and notify management when replenishment is required.
• Evaluate baked and frosted cakes to ensure compliance with NbC standards and inform management of any quality control issues.
• Clean, sanitize, and restock workstation, prepare frosting supplies for the next shift, and wash equipment as needed.

• 18 years of age or older.
• No formal education or work experience required; previous experience in an operational support role at a bakery or restaurant or in a food service environment is beneficial.

This is a fast-paced production environment where attention to detail and teamwork are essential. You must have flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays based on changing business demands.
