Job Summary

We are seeking a highly qualified Literacy Coach for Elementary School Students to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and implementing English Language Arts instruction for one grade level (K-8) as assigned. You will lead ELA teaching for students, plan and implement instruction, and build strong relationships with students and their families based on open communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement ELA instruction for one grade level (K-8)
  • Lead ELA teacher for one grade level of students
  • Build strong and mutually respectful relationships with students and their families
  • Facilitate an emotionally safe and trauma-informed classroom environment
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2-4 years' experience teaching K-8 ELA
  • Strong background in implementing structured literacy
  • Experience working with a wide range of abilities and differentiating learning to meet student needs
