Clinical CompetenceAs a travel nurse, you will be expected to:
- Demonstrate clinical proficiency by employing the nursing process.
- Assess and identify patient needs and problems.
- Develop a comprehensive care plan, implement necessary interventions, and evaluate patient progress.
- Provide assistance, support, and education to patients.
The facility features:
- Number of beds: 18
- Average RN to Patient ratio: 1:4/6
- Electronic Medical Records (EMR): Meditech
- Dress Code: Scrubs provided by the traveler
- Patient Population: Diverse, ranging from pediatric to geriatric
To be considered for this position, candidates must have:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Medical Surgical nursing.
- ICU experience is strongly preferred.
- Prior travel nursing experience is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Meditech is highly preferred.
- A Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is preferred.
Active New Hampshire or Compact License is required at the time of submission.
