Job Description

We are looking for a highly qualified Clinical Therapist to work with our child and adolescent population. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing assessment, diagnosis, and treatment services to individuals and families. This role requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for working with children and adolescents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each client
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations to inform treatment decisions
  • Provide evidence-based therapies, including individual, family, and group counseling sessions
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Masters degree in Social Work, Clinical or Counseling Psychology, or related field from an accredited institution
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California
  • Experience working with children and adolescents, preferably in an outpatient setting
  • Strong clinical skills, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment planning
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with diverse populations
