Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care to critically ill patients, including those with acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS), sepsis, stroke, and other complex medical conditions.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, taking into account patient needs, medical history, and treatment goals.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Document patient information accurately and thoroughly, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA guidelines.
- Current RN licensure in the state of Georgia.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Critical Care or a related field.
- ACLS, BLS, and NIH Stroke Certification.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with the healthcare team.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in a Critical Care setting, with a strong understanding of complex medical conditions and treatments. As a Traveling Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings, including hospitals and healthcare facilities.
