Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Support Coordinator to join our team at the center for adults with autism. As a Patient Support Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of patient care and satisfaction.

About the Position

In this role, you will be responsible for providing patient care under the direction of nursing staff, administering prescribed medications, and maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients.

You will also have the opportunity to work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
