Job Overview

Job Description

The LPN will be responsible for delivering basic medical attention to patients and assessing their overall wellbeing as part of a larger medical team. This includes monitoring patients' vitals, recording medical history, and assisting with hygiene tasks such as bathing and feeding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor patients' vitals and record them accurately
  • Maintain confidentiality when handling medical information
  • Cleanliness and comfort of each patient, including bathing and dressing
  • Assist nursing staff with administering medication and other basic medical tasks
  • Update patient records confidentially
  • Evaluate patients' wellbeing and report any concerns to medical staff
  • Explain treatments and procedures to patients and families
Requirements
  • Active State Nursing License
  • Active certifications as specified by state or employer
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, transport patients, and lift as needed
