Job Overview

Soliant is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Speech Language Pathologist to join our team in a full-time capacity. This position will involve working with a K-12 caseload and providing speech therapy services to students in a school setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized speech therapy plans for students with communication disorders
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' communication needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure students receive comprehensive support
  • Provide direct and indirect services to students, including group and individual therapy sessions
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of student progress
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
  • TX license required or ability to acquire before starting
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in a school or pediatric setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
