Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Radiation Specialist to join our team at Novant Health. As a Radiation Therapist, you will apply ionizing radiation to patients in accordance with prescriptions and instructions from Radiation Oncologists.

Compensation Package

The estimated annual salary for this position is $72,500, ranging from $60,000 to $90,000 depending on experience.

Responsibilities
  • To deliver exceptional patient care and ensure the highest level of service in every interaction.
  • To work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team to achieve quality care and patient satisfaction.
  • To maintain a safe and clean environment, adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
  • To continuously update skills and knowledge to stay current with advancements in radiation therapy.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • One to two years of relevant experience is preferred.
  • ARRT certification in Radiation Oncology is mandatory.
  • Ability to successfully complete skill validation and competency testing.
