Key Responsibilities:
  • Foster positive relationships with high school students and provide support and guidance as needed.
  • Develop and implement engaging activities and workshops that promote core employment competencies.
  • Collaborate with site facilitation team members to ensure seamless program delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date on program requirements and best practices in youth development.
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues to ensure successful program outcomes.
Requirements:
  1. Hold a High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's Degree preferred, Business, Education or related field.
  2. Minimum of three (3) years' experience in career, workforce or youth development.
  3. Proven track record of developing and implementing successful youth programs.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  6. Strong organizational and time management skills.
  7. Ability to pass a criminal history background check.

Salary: Commensurate with experience ($50,000 - $65,000 per year).
