Soccer Instructor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Youth Soccer Coach to join our team at Super Soccer Stars. As a Youth Soccer Coach, you will be responsible for leading soccer classes for children aged 1-14 years old, focusing on developing fundamental soccer skills in a fun and non-competitive environment.

• Design and deliver engaging soccer classes that cater to the needs of children aged 1-14 years old.
• Develop and implement age-specific and skill-based curriculum in collaboration with early childhood professionals and youth soccer experts.
• Provide individual attention to ensure every child has success and achieves their full potential.
• Use positive reinforcement to encourage children to improve and celebrate their successes.
• Communicate effectively with parents and stakeholders to ensure a positive and supportive environment.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance coaching skills and knowledge.

• Previous experience working with children and soccer, preferably in a coaching or teaching role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer service and satisfaction.
• Reliable transportation to and from classes, with a valid driver's license.

• Experience in coaching or teaching soccer, with a strong understanding of youth development principles.
• Interest in pursuing early childhood education or child development, with a desire to make a positive impact on young lives.
