Job Overview

LHH Recruitment Solutions is collaborating with a leading organization in the agricultural sector to find an Accounts Receivable Specialist to enhance their financial team. This position is designed as a year-long contract with the opportunity for permanent placement. The role will require four days of onsite work and one day of remote work.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the company's receivables to detect overdue payments.
  • Communicate with clients who have outstanding balances to negotiate payment arrangements.
  • Leverage resources such as credit histories, postal records, and online tools to locate clients who may have changed their contact information.
  • Maintain detailed records of all client interactions concerning overdue accounts and payments received.
  • Resolve billing discrepancies and address customer inquiries effectively.
  • Provide consistent updates regarding the status of outstanding accounts and collection efforts.

Required Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in a collections or related position.
  • Familiarity with invoicing processes and debt recovery techniques.
  • Knowledge of relevant debt collection laws and regulations.
  • Proficient in MS Office and database management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • A high school diploma is required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
Compensation: $19.00 to $21.00 per hour
