Industrial Painter

Job Summary:

AAA USA is seeking a skilled Industrial Painter to join our team in Jupiter, Florida. As an Industrial Painter, you will be responsible for performing manual and robotic pre-process grit blasting for thermal spray on components according to specification and interpreting results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visually inspect components to verify serial numbers and part condition.
• Interpret findings from inspection documentation activities and react according to established procedures.
• Manage tooling and consumable inventories.
• Perform liquid and tape masking on components using various tools and equipment.
• Operate controls on atmospheric and vacuum furnaces under direct supervision.
• Assist operators in setting up equipment and maintaining tooling.
• Operate small cranes and fork-lifts to move equipment, parts, and material.
• Data entry and confirmation of quality documentation.
• Reporting and monitoring of abnormal production time.
• Carrying out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on equipment and tools.
• Following Environmental Health and Safety regulations.
• Continually improving operations and the working environment through 5s methodology.
• Performing waste handling in accordance with EHS procedures and legal requirements.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in manufacturing with specific skills in grinding, blending coatings, coatings application, coatings removal, blasting, heat treat, machining, or welding.
• 2+ years of experience with interpretation of technical drawings or work instructions.
• 2+ years of experience in a production or maintenance environment.
• Comprehensive knowledge of manufacturing processes.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office programs, SAP, time-keeping applications, and folder structures.
