The Opportunity
This role offers a unique blend of sales, business development, operations, and strategy expertise. As a key member of our early-stage team, you'll collaborate closely with our executive team and contribute to critical business functions like sales strategy, partnerships, revenue operations, and product development.

Your Key Responsibilities
* Develop and refine the sales process, incorporating best practices in workflow management and conversion tracking
* Lead sales operations and revenue analytics, developing actionable insights and tracking key growth metrics
* Create and execute customer engagement strategies, leveraging email campaigns, high-touch outreach, and other tactics to drive conversions
* Collaborate with engineering, design, and customer operations to gather and incorporate product feedback
* Participate in sales calls with prospects, refining the sales process through continuous improvement
* Identify, structure, and implement strategic partnerships to drive growth
* Scale and refine our go-to-market playbook as we expand

What We're Looking For
* Experience in business operations, revenue operations, marketing, or business development
* Familiarity with GTM strategy (revenue operations, partnerships, marketing, sales)
* Proven ability to manage complex projects in a dynamic environment
* Proficiency in sales, marketing, and revenue operations tools, with the ability to quickly adapt to new tools
* Entrepreneurial mindset and 2-5 years of professional experience
* Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred
