About the Clinical Supervisor Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor for Night Shifts at Oneida Center for Rehabilitation and Healthcare. This is a unique opportunity to lead a team of healthcare professionals and make a meaningful impact on the lives of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of nursing staff to ensure high-quality resident care
• Develop and implement care plans that meet the individual needs of our residents
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery
• Monitor and maintain accurate records of resident care and services
• Ensure a safe and clean working environment for all staff members

Requirements:

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum 3 years of Long-Term Care experience
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) and Prescribing programs
