  • Assist customers in selecting and purchasing specialty coffee beverages and whole beans.

  • Comply with company policies regarding dress code, grooming, and workplace conduct.
  • Fulfill any additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays as necessary.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations with composure and professionalism.
  • Certification as a trained barista is required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Demonstrated reliability and integrity in previous roles.
  • Experience in food handling.
  • Leadership skills and experience in supervising others.
